Description
Process
Creamed honey is just liquid honey in a different state. Over time, the natural sugar content of honey will cause it to crystallize as a way of natural preservation. This is a normal process that creates a hard, gritty texture. Creamed honey is made by taking honey that has already crystallized (called seed honey) and combining it with liquid honey in a special process that ensures a fine crystallization throughout. This creates an even, spreadable texture that will not return to its liquid state at room temperature.
To preserve the long shelf life of honey, you need to remove the fruit’s moisture before adding it to the product. We freeze-dry local cranberries in-house to ensure the honey stays fresh for your enjoyment.

Our honey is best stored at room temperature. Warmer storage locations will soften the honey, while cooler storage causes it to firm up. Do not refrigerate.
